Dr. Rashmi Yadav

Dr. Rashmi Yadav is a Consultant Physician and Nephrologist in Navi Mumbai Vashi area. I did M. B. B. S from Grant Medical College and Sir J J Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, M. D from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and D. N. B Nephrology from Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad. I also have done ANIO-CNC fellowship in Nephropathology from the International Society of Nephrology. With a practising career in the filed of medicine for the last 11 years, apart from day to day OPD care, my expertise is in the field of managing resistant hypertension, brittle diabetes with diabetic nephropathy, electrolyte imbalance, acute and chronic kidney diseases, dialysis and kidney transplantation. I have special interest in autoimmune disorders and kidney disorders in women. I have been a meritorious student throughout my medical career. I stood 4th in MUHS MD General Medicine exams conducted all over Maharashtra in 2015. I have also won various prizes in intercollege quizzes and poster presentation. During my tenure in AFMC, Pune I did research in febrile neutropenia in cancer patients and learned in detail about appropriate use of antibiotics and drug resistance. I have also published my research work on malnutrition specially in dialysis patients and have a detailed understanding of diet and its association with various diseases. I am a Member of Indian society of nephrology as well as International society of Nephrology and I keep myself updated with the recent advances in the filed. I intend to give the best possible treatment to my patients with utmost compassion for the needy.
